Winnipeg’s only dedicated hot chicken shop

Step into Blazing Chicken Shack, downtown Winnipeg’s go-to spot for Nashville-style hot chicken. Owner Eric Saniuk, a former carpenter turned restaurateur, opened our doors in September 2024 at 392 Graham Ave, frying up spicy sandwiches, chicken fingers and mac & cheese with heat levels from mild to extreme for office workers, event-goers and spice lovers alike.
